Shri B.S.Manhas, an advocate by prefession, started his career in cooperatives as Vice-President of Primary Farmer’s Cooperative Society from village Paloura in 1975. He has held several positions of responsibility in various cooperative institutions. He has also been Additional Advocate General of the Hon’ble High Court and at present is standing council of various organisations. He has rendered dedicated and outstanding service to the cooperative housing sector in the State of Jammu and Kashmir for the last over three decades as well as in strengthening of NCHF for the last about 20 years.
At present Shri B.S.Manhas is Vice-Chairman, NCHF and Director, J & K Cooperative Housing Corporation Ltd, Jammu.

Shri S.T.Somashekar is an ardent follower of cooperative principles and ideology and has been associated with a number of social and cooperative organisations. He has taken a number of initiatives to promote cooperative housing activities in Karnataka.
At present Shri S.T.Somashekar is Vice-Chairman, NCHF and President, Karnataka State Cooperative Housing Federation Ltd., Bengaluru .
