One of the important objectives of NCHF is to provide a common forum for interaction of organisations and individuals associated with the cooperative housing movement. In pursuit of this objective, NCHF organises Conferences/Seminars/Workshops/Symposia regularly.
Besides, NCHF also organises once in every two years, a National Cooperative Housing Congress, which is the highest forum for reviewing the working and progress of cooperative housing movement. So far 14 Congresses have been organised by NCHF at different places in the country.
Till date, NCHF has organised 75 Conferences/Seminars/Workshops/Symposia on various aspects of cooperative housing. In these fora various problems faced by Apex Cooperative Housing Federations and housing cooperatives relating to finance, land, legal and other technical matters in execution of their housing projects were discussed and their solutions suggested.
